As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence and fostering community engagement. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, committed to creating content that resonates with our community and amplifies LGBTQ+ narratives.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase engagement, community size, and brand awareness.
- Create engaging and unique content for all our social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor user engagement and provide feedback for future content and strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Proven experience as a social media manager and content creator.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, with an understanding of their specific requirements and audience preferences.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and good understanding of content creation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
- A deep understanding and commitment to LGBTQ+ issues and community.
