As a Podcast Producer, you’ll be instrumental in planning, organizing, and managing the production of various podcasts within our ecosystem. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working with innovative creators who are passionate about creating content that empowers and resonates with our community.
- Coordinating all aspects of podcast production, from ideation to final product, ensuring that every stage runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality.
- Working closely with podcast hosts and guests, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth production process.
- Editing and mixing audio files, using your technical skills to create clear, engaging, and high-quality audio content.
- Coordinating release schedules to ensure timely publication, and overseeing podcast promotion to maximize reach and impact.
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Experience in podcast production, radio production, or a related field, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
- Strong audio editing skills, with proficiency in audio editing software.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong understanding and commitment to LGBTQ+ issues and community. You’re not just producing podcasts, you’re part of a mission to amplify underrepresented voices.
