As a Community & Advocacy Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing our online community and spearheading advocacy initiatives. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working to create a platform that supports, inspires, and empowers our LGBTQ+ community.
- Building, managing, and moderating our online community to foster a welcoming and positive environment.
- Engaging actively with our audience to gather valuable feedback, address concerns, and drive engagement.
- Advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and issues, shaping strategies to influence change, and managing related projects and campaigns.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including team members, community members, and external partners, to amplify our advocacy efforts.
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Proven experience in community management, advocacy, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and digital engagement strategies.
- Deep commitment to LGBTQ+ issues and community. You’re not just managing a community, you’re fostering an environment of support, inclusion, and change.
